May 13th

My favourite English team, Arsenal, had a bad week last week, but I'm not too sad!  They lost 3-1 to Man Utd and then 4-1 to Chelsea.  If I was on the team they would have won both games!!

Soccer was cancelled last weekend but we have a new game this Saturday against Papakura.  I want to score twice in that game.

Myer's May 6th Update

Hi everyone,

Thanks for visiting this website and reading my blog.

Training has been going well for the England trip and my team has won the first two games of the season.  Last week we bet a team 7-3 and I scored 1 goal and set up 2 goals.

My football academy is on every Friday night and I'm learning more and more skills each week.  Last week my coach Phil taught us how to celebrate a goal and we were allowed to cheer and yell and dance around.  It was cool.

This weekend we are doing a sausage sizzle before our game to raise funds to buy team jackets.  The team we play on Saturday is Onehunga Sports.  We bet them last year and the year before so I hope we can do it again.
